Roommates AU or Neighbours AU?

Neighbours AU. I’m a sucker for all those stories where they hate each other when they meet and later they fall in love. Most of them are Emma hating on Killian... but I’d love to see one where Killian is the one that takes a dislike on Emma. (I know, not very according to canon, but hey... that is what AUs are for, right?)
