Chara thinks you're their older brother, but the truth is you're their dad. In an effort to get away from your own abusive father, the two of you end up falling into the Underground, home to monsters you never realized existed. But, with little to go home to, you and Chara end up staying in Snowdin with Sans and Papyrus.

Something seems off with Chara, however. There's times where they seem to know more than they should. And, to complicate matters, the tall, funny, and surprisingly caring skeleton starts flirting with you. Caught up in a romance you never expected, you try desperately to cling to this new happiness you've found after a life that had very little.

Finally!

It's been so much trickier than anything I've done before, but totally worth it. I've learnt a lot and I'm very happy with the final result. But will probably stick to single-character images for a while, this has been exhausting. This is based on a scene in a fanfiction called "Would That Make You Happy?" by OnaDacora, on ao3 here archiveofourown.org/works/5053…

Now, before any fan jumps to my throat, I've taken some liberties with this. Primarily San's getup, because I honestly didn't DARE to try drawing a skeleton just in boxers. I wouldn't even know where to start!

Also, Hope's build. I dunno if it was some oversight on my side, or just proper descriptions coming in the story AFTER I had built a mental image, but that's how I picture her while reading, and it's a bit late to unsee it. So there's that.

Usually I just publish in my DeviantArt, but since the author of the fic seems to lurk around here, putting this where she can see it seems like basic manners to me. I just hope I’m tagging right because I’ve got no idea how this works...
