Jubilee got bored at a bus lunch stop. So Jubilee recorded a slo-mo vid of her strutting in the parking lot of a Target and set it to a certain 80s song. Then Instagram took her vid down cuz the song was copyrighted. So Jubilee edited the vid to speed up the music enough to avoid copyright laws, but without it sounding TOO weird like the chipmunks.
