New Game: Pivop
Play it free on Itch right here
One of my colleagues at LIU, Ramiro Corbetta, is teaching a game-a-week class this semester. I don’t think I’ll be able to follow along for the whole thing, but I wanted to hop on this week’s theme: one button.
I started brainstorming Pivop on the train on Wednesday and wrapped it up on Saturday evening. The result is a one-button head swinger.
The visuals were created using Fernando Ramallo’s Doodle Studio 95 which is a lot of fun.
The music was made on a Pocket Operator Tonic that my partner got me for Christmas. This is my first time making music for a game!
The score display supports up to 4 digits, but I have yet to crack 10.
