🔹One arm Barbell Rows- When done correctly, you'll feel it from the top of your lat to the bottom. Use 25-pound plates and really emphasize the stretch on the way down. ------------------------------------------ Hit a couple PB's on the Rows today. 150x8 looked decent but form would have gotten ugly if I went for more. Going to pat myself on the back for this one because I've felt like garbage the whole week. Having a stomach virus made it pretty hard to get in 3800 calories this week. I Kept it simple and ate a lot of egg whites and rice cakes to keep my weight in check.
