Holy energy to be protected

My spirit is recharged through

champagne and cinnamon buns

Scents wafting into my heart 

combining with my breat to

re-charge  my soul

Untangle, fold, fold smooth

a hypnotic rhythm conducting 

my hands

While words and thoughts form

themselves into poetry in my head

then disassemble themselves as 

quickly and as quietly as they come
