I had to air drop one of these videos to my iPhone. The whole idea is to be able to pick up this heavyweight just with one finger. Begin with your little finger and progress through each fingers of the hand. In the first of the videos I’m not so successful because I’m trying to lift from one side and a rather unbalanced. But this has also give me an idea how to pick up a fallen weight with one finger. This evening about an hour after dinner I decided to go back out into the studio and attempt a variety of one and two hand finger tip and knuckle exercises. My ultimate goal is impossible moves.
