It was definitely mechanical. Nothing made of flesh tears that systematically. Seeing as we outnumber you by a long shot, it wouldn't be wise for GLaDOS to move against us-- so I'm willing to write this off as some sort of rogue AI. On the other hand, that gives us something else to worry about.

Died is a word. Mauled is another. It looked like she had been torn into by something mechanical-- and I know it wasn't Combine, or the Lion Ants. If it was, I'm sure we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Ugh... Why would she...? I would like to say she did not do that but she obviously hates Marine, alliance or not.

I do not know why she would kill someone she has no previous relationship with in this situation though. Of course if they witnessed it, that would be a good reason.

I agree wholeheartedly. And I have no doubt she loves you. After all, no being can be true, unfeeling evil. Even Hitler was nice to his dogs. In any case... I would appreciate it if I never had to come across Marine's gored remains in a tunnel ever again. There were two corpses down there, and I can only hope that they had been chipped before the incident.

Gored remains? She died in the tunnel? I know that she was chipped. She will be fine. I do not know about which of the people from the camp have been chipped or not. I think any of them that had volunteered to test would have been chipped.

Yes. But she did not force me to kill those innocent people, they were the unfortunate side affect of killing the people who enslaved us.

The innocent, I morn, every second of every day. The scientists deserved it.

What bothers me is how stubborn she is with her test subjects, how everything can be so much more simple if she treated people with care. I hope with this current alliance what I have always wanted will come to pass. The defeat of the Combine and the facility continuing to operate with a working peaceful relationship between us and humans. I believe it is doable, but both side have to swallow their pride to get it done.

GLaDOS is actually very, very loving to me by the way. Heh.

I meant if she thought of the tests as a job and GLaDOS as her boss. You respect your boss in front of them whether they deserve it or not. Other wise you get fired... In this case, killed.

GLaDOS, if she can kill her subjects without fear of actually losing them, she will. For the pettiest of reasons.
