are they surprised they have eyelashes or just eyes in general?
i think it’s just “eyes in general” bc I didn’t usually overdo the eyelashes in my practice sketches, at least I don’t think so (sry this is all I could find from an old dA account from back then, I don’t have my old sketch books here to check)
all i see is, that the lines around the eyes are a bit darker than the rest, but that’s such a miniscule thing to be hung up on? but people who don’t draw themselves and have no theoretical knowledge of art usually give weird af “critique” so
