4. piece you wish got more love?

…honestly, it's really hard to point to any specific piece! my favourites tend to feature my wol/ship and i'm sat here looking at them, like, okay maybe these aren't pulling in huge numbers in comparison to my own npc centric art or others' wol art, but i don't really expect those pieces to do that in the first place AND more often than not, people (you included, thank you very much <3) leave such kind and thoughtful tags on them, so to me they always feel so well-loved anyway!!!

i suppose if i had to pick something… i'm still really happy with this pixel set from last year, i miss working in this style, so it's been on my mind!!

oh, colours, definitely, both in the sense of picking out the overall colour scheme and the style itself. i don't always get it right and sometimes i'm mucking around with new brushes and techniques and end up failing because of that, but most of the time i do feel like i know what i'm doing and where i am going and i can generally pinpoint pretty well what's bothering me and how to course correct if i do happen to be struggling. i've just always loved this part of the process and it's easy to be confident when you're having a great time hahaha

1) SPRIIIING honestly first year in a long time that feels like we're actually getting some spring weather, not just winter: extended edition and i couldn't be happier! love seeing fresh baby grass. some flowers. the long long daylight hours… i feel much more awake and alert all of a sudden lmao

2) drawing!! i spent years and years thinking i will never get to say that again, but here we are! drawing is great and brings so much joy to my day

3) semi-related to that, everyone's sweet and kind tags on my art. people have always been nice to me, but lately i feel like i'm always screencapping one thing or another for my treasure trove of nice comments 🥰

4) seeing other people share their works and enjoying what they do! i was going through the backlog of untagged stuff in my queue this evening and honestly it got me so emotional, i'm so glad people enjoy their lil guys, and make stuff for them and put them up for everyone to see… amazing, i love the internet.

5) my very own lil guy dkjfshf, idk. that post about sometimes having to be mentally ill about a character to get better, but instead of them being proud of me or whatever, it's trying to understand someone who thinks the world is good and inadvertently starting to find little joys around me. terribly embarrassing. but also. nice.

13. How do they make up after an argument? Who is the first one to apologize?

They haven't had any real arguments yet so it's hard to gauge (and most of the time X'vahl is quite difficult to truly upset anyway... now at least). I think depending on the situation though, Erenville seems to be the kind of person who is pretty good at accurately judging when he's in the wrong so if he thought it was something that was his fault he wouldn't let his pride get in the way of apologizing. That being said X'vahl would also end up feeling really bad if that sort of tension remained in the air for too long so if Erenville didn't say anything, he probably would otherwise it'd drive him mad.

Edit: I uhhhhhh........ forgot to answer the first part of the question. So as for how they would make up after an argument. I think Erenville would be very direct about it. Just "I know what I said/did and I thought about it and I'm sorry." X'vahl would be a little more sheepish about admitting he was wrong so he'd be a little embarrassed and give him his "kicked kitten" look and then apologize, and if Erenville seemed to accept he'd probably try to at least go in for a hug.
