Onenta is a flesh elf hired by Illeem and Vesyth to serve as a bodyguard during their travels, as neither of them have enough (or really any) valuable combat experience.
She was once a knight, but was exiled due to a crime she refuses to discus (read “I haven’t thought of it yet”). One of the conditions of her exile is that she be completely stripped of armor, as flesh elves are naturally soft and frail, and developed magic that merges them with their armor to make them sturdier in battle.
She is normally seems a little flat and terse with most people, but she is also the first one to come to Illeem’s side whenever she feels homesick, as she knows all too well what it’s like to be so far from home.
...and she’s not nearly as much of an edgelord as she might appear to be on paper
