A quick and easy one-pot meal that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with macaroni. It's so delicious that you'll never want to buy boxed macaroni again!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups elbow macaroni. 2 cups beef broth. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup pickles, chopped. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef in a large pot or skillet until it's done. Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion. Saut until the onions become clear. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes with juice, ketchup, and mustard, and mix them all together. Once the mixture starts to boil, lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the macaroni is soft. To make the mac and cheese creamy, add the chopped pickles and shredded cheddar cheese after the pasta is done cooking. Add pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy your tasty One Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni while it's still hot!
