Yes it is, it's supposed to be (more held together that watery) but with all the fat/lipids and crap in the food we eat today, we change our own bodies. Almost all of the fruit and vegetables that we produce are all genetically modified which is destructive to our bodies. But if you can eat right and exercise a little each day then you can help to prevent breast cancer. I know it's hard today especially when everyone wants everything now and we have to have things that are convenient but the only convenience is fast food or junk food.
