Kitty uses she/her, identifies as a woman, and she considers herself bisexual. Labels help her make sense of herself, even if she sometimes finds them a little restrictive. Still, she knows the basics of her identity and has no problem letting them known. There's just a lot of nuance lost with the things people assume. She enjoys hearing he/him used when she's in the role of the King. She likes the power it brings her, and the idea of being a woman who gets to be a man. It's fun.

Slushie uses he/him, identifies as a man, and has no established label for his sexuality. Early on, that was a source of confusion, frustration. He felt like you were supposed to stick with the default settings, and anything outside of that came with assumptions. EECT have always complicated his life. He doesn't mind she/her when it's tied to his role as the Queen, and in fact it can also feel powerful. Still, it's easy to bitch at some of the things EECT choose to call him, but ultimately that's a part of the fun.

Emci doesn't care about gender, sexuality, or personal labels at all. While you can use whatever pronouns you want for him, he holds no connection to she/her or feminine terms. Since they don't feel like they belong to him, he wouldn't think to answer to them. Anything else is fine as long as it doesn't get complicated. He has no real preference and no need for variety. Creature of a man.

For all three, attraction is selective to the point of exclusion.

Overall, they're far more fond of roles than they could ever be of labels.

Hii Fiona! Do you happen to have a favorite color? Favorite type of music?

Radio broadcasts were such a delight. Played live, and delivered through the soundwaves. Crackling speakers and sweet sound filling foreign rooms and bodies. What a comfort, what a private little delight. The transistor radio fit within her small shaky hands, and was kept close, her only welcomed bedside companion. One only needs to memorize the filtering of the sunlight through the window, and watch its beams stretch along rows of floorboards, to know what time it was. When the sunbeams crawled closest to her, she knew her favorite program would come on. Comedies were greatly appealing, and the serials were but so engaging, thrilling mysteries kept her heart racing, but nothing suited Fiona more than music variety shows. The organ was her favorite, and the instrument of the voice, too.

"But life isn't all sunshine and sunbathing, I suppose we must have the shadows too or we wouldn't appreciate the sunshine."

Comforting sentiments often encased the bits of music played live through the speakers. It made the music better, fuller. It filled the entire room with its presence. Fiona learned the melodies, and on the brightest and sunniest her hums would join the band, too.

Out of the three, who of trio8 is the most touch starved? And who is the touchiest

All three needed touch, just in different ways.

Kitty was the obvious one. Hands-on and completely unbothered by it. She never saw a reason to hide it. After years spent dragging those two into her space, she figured she'd earned the right to grab and hug whenever she wanted. She liked constant contact, unapologetic closeness, no real gaps if she could help it. Restless if she couldn't reach them.

Slushie was much more subtle about it, he liked to think. Liked to think. He was not one to initiate as often, but he was one to cling. The moment one of them got too close suddenly it wasn't too easy to pull away. Fingers hooked in a sleeve or a hoodie, anything to keep someone from drifting out of reach.

Emci's version was steadier. He preferred holding more than being held. From behind the glass, between a thin layer of fabric, just enough to keep it safe. And just as hungry for it. Starved.

i am asking you to discuss the intricacies of emmie's appearance preferences

Emci doesn't spend much time thinking about clothes, though there are reasons behind what he chooses. Something comfortable, baggy, and at times even heavy are the best options. Nothing that draws in attention from unwanted eyes.

Attention isn't meant for him, no no no. There are other things to look at.

Anything feminine has never been his preference, same way anything too masculine feels ill-fitting. Both are like putting on a costume, and he was never into playing dress-up. Skirts and dresses leave too much hanging out that shouldn't be.

Too much motion or too much constraint puts a lizard in distress. Once uncomfortable, the lizard may grow stiff and unresponsive, until returned to more suitable conditions.

Sharp tailoring and fancy pieces are also not his style, yet there's a wide variety of choices out there. A lot more than Emci ever considered. Lucky for him, someone else does the difficult research for their own nefarious purposes. Not all suits need to be all that constricting. Some type of structure might be fine, if Emci's properly rewarded for it.

But the gloves.

He doesn't like to take those off no matter the style.

If CT were sat at her desk, typing in this little box to respond, she may have said something along the lines of wanting to see something genuine. Authentic fan content born from the love of the characters. Real. Original. Inspired. That was the kind of content that inspired her. If CT were in private, away from prying eyes (unwanted ones, anyway) the answer would have varied. More specific. Worse. She wanted free content tailor-made to her tastes, endless content prepared for her like a conveyor belt of chocolate bonbons delivered right into her open maw.

Well. He does love the attention, and Spiderface sure knows how to make a guy feel special. Even if he can be a little on the obsessive side.

Can you blame him, really? Mikey's quite the catch.

So, a typical date could look something like this. Mikey is going about his normal day, and there's a weird little thing trailing behind who's desperate to see what a god's insides really looks like.

And a god always thrives the most with an audience. Performing is one of his many gifts!

Who in the cast would buy the cheapest gift for christmas?

Depends on when, really. Right now, there aren't many reasons to spend much money. Or even reasons to have it.

In any case, most would rather have something handmade, something with weight to it. TRIO8 always did.

Art, music, writing. All of it, and more. Sometimes far too many gifts for Slushie to know what to do with, while EECT knew exactly how to coordinate and overwhelm, both in the best and worst ways. There was also a lot of merch a certain Kitty loved to gift, things they planned to display together one day. An investment, really. A gift for all three when you think about it.

On rare occasions, Slushie would brave it out and buy something on the expensive side. Something a certain someone would call an unnecessary privilege, while Slushie preferred to call it preventative care. Early arthritis, long-term health, things like that.

Some people just aren't good at being on the receiving end, no matter how practical the gift is.

Or maybe this is all in another world! One where group Christmas parties actually happen.

In that case, Mikey would never cheap out. Standing out matters. Being the one everyone hopes to be gifted by matters. He has gifts to give you just can't look away from.

Billie is much the same. A good gift is a show of power, and she hates being outdone, but she might assume her tastes will never go out of style. The things that were cool when she was in high school are still cool, right?

Ophelia wouldn't give anything extravagant, but it would always mean something. Thoughtful, personal, the kind of thing you remember.

Spiderface sticks to arts and crafts, which you could argue are priceless. Though, he only ever does things to his own liking.

You could probably call Fiona cheap. She found her happiness outside material things and thinks others should too. All you need is love. All you need is Mother. All you need is a letter and a warm hug to feel whole again. And for some reason, you begin to feel like she's right.
