I know that feel. *hugs* Have you tried an online journal? You can vent all you want and it doesn’t matter if the words aren’t quite right cos it’s just for you.

I haven’t tried that no, but the other day i started writing down some of my thoughts and stuff in a notebook so i would remember for when i see my psychologist again, i guess thats sort of like a journal.
