A few years ago I had a severe cellulitis infection on my face and had to be hospitalized for 3 days after a week of sulfa did nothing (it actually got worse). They had to give me antibiotics intravenously, and it had to be a heavy duty one. Clindamycin. I saw an ad for acne medicine that had Clindamycin as a main ingredient. It’s no wonder there is a ridiculous increase in antibiotic resistant bacterial infections.
