onf (pronounced: on and off) are a group whose members spent a long time as trainees, the longest was 7 years, shortest was 3 years. several members had previously been under different agencies.
onf have two leaders, and the group is split into two sub-units: team on, which is the vocal unit, and team off, which is the dance unit.
all of onf’s members participated in the survival show that was made by yg, called mixnine.

in the final of mixnine, he placed 2nd. that meant he would debut in the show’s project group, however, yg and the group’s members’ agencies failed to form an agreement, so they won’t debut.
how to recognize him: he is the team’s strongest vocalist, and he has a small face and quite sharp-looking features.

born: december 24, 1994.
nationality: korean.

position: vocal.
sub-units: team on.
in mixnine, he placed 29th. he was eliminated in episode 10.
how to recognize him: he is another vocalist with sharp facial features, however, his face is longer, eyes are smaller and have monolids, and he has a very unique voice.

제이어스 / 이승준
born: january 13, 1995.
nationality: korean.
blood type: ab.
position: leader of team off, dance, vocal.
sub-units: team off.
he made it into the final top 18 of mixnine.
how to recognize him: he has an almost round-looking face, his eyes are quite big, and his lips are thin.
wyatt -- shim jaeyoung
와이엇 / 심재영
born: january 23, 1995.
nationality: korean. (lived in kazakhstan for a while.)
blood type: o.
position: rap, dance.
sub-units: team off.
in mixnine, he made it into the final top 18.
how to recognize him: the easiest way to recognize him is to look for one of the taller members who has a very low voice, and whose one eye has a double eyelid, while the other has a monolid!

엠케이 / 박민균
born: november 16, 1995.
nationality: korean.

position: vocal, rap.
sub-units: team on.
he used to be starship entertainment’s trainee. in 2015, he participated in the survival show no.mercy to become a member of monsta x, but he got eliminated.
in mixnine, he placed 22nd; he got eliminated on episode 13.
how to recognize him: he is another member with a very unique voice. his most distinct features are his bright smile and deep dimples.

born: march 16, 1999.
nationality: japanese.

position: dance, vocal.

he was eliminated on episode 13 in mixnine, placing 23rd.
how to recognize him: he is one of the shortest members. he also has a long face and a wide smile.
laun -- kim minseok
라운 / 김민석
born: august 12, 1999.
nationality: korean.
blood type: ab.
position: dance, vocal, maknae.
sub-units: n -- team on AND off. (he is in both units).
in the final of mixnine, he made it into the 7th place. just like hyojin, he was supposed to debut with the project group of the show, but couldn’t.
how to recognize him: he has a wide, sharp-looking smile, small eyes with monolids, and, if you watch any videos or shows with him, you will notice his big amount of cuteness and calm, polite way of speaking! :D
