I've always thought that when Ongo and Bello were more younger they were good friends, even best friends, but then they started to growing up and like diferent things and Bello start to past more and more time with Goomo becoming best friends and leaving Ongo apart and just playing or talking to him when all the group was reunited

That's why Bello don't know the favorite things of Ongo until the episode when he takes care of him, thinking that he likes the same things as him

  But after that time together Bello release that they can be good friends, no mater how diferent they are of each other
