Another concept for "humans are space orcs" collective stories: we have incredible dexterous tongues (inspired by me trying to unstick gummy bears from different angles of my teeth using only my tongue)
First time an alien species n ours has a polite lunch together, everyone is on their best behavior, asking to pass the salt, etc, so as time goes by, n our relations are becoming friendlier, so do the meals we share together
So you have one dinner at a human's apartment n all their friends are hanging out n stuff, when one of the humans goes "aw damn, got a popcorn stuck in my teeth" n the aliens think "ah, they'll leave to brush their teeth" but no. Homie just sits there, looking all concentrated and shit. None of the humans pay them any mind, but the aliens are wondering why....why is their mouth moving? Or at least "moving"? That's not...how their mouths tend to move
Then after about 4 minutes, the human sticks their tongue out to reveal the popcorn kernel they managed to wiggle out n the aliens go crazy. Bro wtf how did you do that!! Without any tools!! "Oh I just used my tongue" what!?!?!?!
Next time someone gets food stuck on their teeth, the aliens ask them to open their mouth so they can see. N the humans are all "ah nooo no it's gross and impolite" "we don't care, we wanna see whatever it is you're doing!!" "Okay geez"
The aliens flip their gourd when someone tells them the human tongue has 8 muscles! Woah! So many in such a small organ!! That's crazy – can I see you try to wiggle an acorn out of your teeth again??
I wrote Grace getting naked for Rocky so Rocky can hear his tendons n muscles shifting around, which is important groundwork for later scenes where the nakedness then feeds into nudeness, and the thing is that now that the nakedness has served its purpose, I wanna finish the scene...but they won't stop talking 😭 please, I want the scene to be over!!! I set up fun steps for later nakedness!!! They literally have more scenes in which to yap yap yap, but nooo now they're talking about festivals and social customs 😭😭😭 I literally made Grace get dressed again, guys shut the fuuuccckk uuuuppppp!!!!!!!!

I think it'd have to be "for tears would fill my eyes" (Mash, Radar & Hawkeye) bcus it's the one fic I've written where the protag doesn't get together with his crush! I had such a good time writing it, exploring how even though you like someone, it just won't happen bcus of xyz reasons. Really interesting process, and I'm very happy with the result! And also, if anything, the ending is bittersweet

The rest of them 😂 I looove writing romance. My latest happy ending fic is "Appointment with the Fertility Spirits" (A:TLA, zukaang) where Zuko n Aang get pregnant!

I have looots of otps!!! But if we're going by stats, then shyan (Ryan Bergara/Shane Madej) is my all-time ship, seeing as how I've written 43 fics for them!

I have only a handful of wips, and I do intend on getting back to them, but the one that I think will take the longest to get back to is "Virility" (Hetalia, nedger) bcus I was trying to write it as a horny college fwb situation, but I feel like I've evolved so quickly from 2020 that it'd be difficult to get back into the mindset 😭

Honestly "Third Man Factor" (Watcher, shyan) bcus it took me so long to write, and involved so much research, n it was just also such a wonderful change of pace from what I do. It was really fun writing about a castaway n a monster meeting!!!
