Ingredients: 4 large onions, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon thyme leaves. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Chopped chives for garnish.
