I'm really sorry if this is a ridiculous question, but um. I recently came across a couple of *online* Jewish conversion courses, for those who don't live near synagogues and/or would have no means of attending to physical spaces (which is my case at least for now with my living conditions). I wanted to know just how... valid it is to convert through those? one of the rabbis has over 40 years of experience, so it sounds serious. idk. I'm just concerned because I don't want to invade any spaces.
Mod here. A major factor might be whether they’re Judaism 101 classes versus offering any kind of promise of conversion. I’ll let jumblr take the rest.
