[NORTHERN SAMAR] After the successful Rural Impact Sourcing Workshop conducted in the Island Province of Siquijor last June 02, 2017, the Knights of Online Marketers (KOM) was again invited by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to be the Resource Speaker and Workshop Facilitator for another one-day Rural Impact Sourcing Workshop. It will be held in the Province of Northern Samar this July 21, 2017 (Friday).
