Survived another Christmas Rush! Order peak week is finally over and most orders are already on their way! And what a crazy hectic chaotic time it was, printing, packaging, shipping orders, managing dozens of customer service messages, keeping a consistent presence on social media, doing my best to keep track of stock and a million other little tasks, all needing doing yesterday! If something goes wrong or not as quickly as expected please keep in mind that it's only one person doing it all at @alfamarama. While I am doing my best to keep a good standard, some people will be let down, I won't be able to print a custom order or accommodate for a specific request, there will be mistakes and mixed messages and some emails and orders will take longer to reply and arrive.
