Was there ever a physical fight, either with a human or Pokémon, that really humbled Peach in some way?? Or is she just all wins all the time (I wouldn’t be surprised at that haha)
Oh hell no, she loses quite a lot, more to pokemon, they pack way more of a punch, but humans too, shes not tall, not the biggest or strongest, not even the fastest, and she's actually a pretty humble loser. Some expect her to be a right diva but she'll admit defeat easily if you prove it. She's certainly been put on her ass a few times, but as she trains more and ages, its becoming less frequent. For what its worth, any fights she has, she's usually half teaching as she goes. If your footings all wrong, she'll take you down while explaining why you failed. If you land a hit on her but it doesn't even stagger her, you bet you'll get the same hit back with FORCE, an example of better technique, and guidance on how to improve. Most of the time, those who challenge her clearly cant keep up, so she toys with them a bit, probably shouldn't but sometimes she makes her own fun. Last human to win was probably a few years ago, an old man who came by with his Hariyama, she misjudged him, and proceeded to get totally obliterated, man snapped ribs he was a monster. She tapped out, well, he forced it from her, as did Val, she would have continued if it wasn't for them both, but there wasn't a chance in hell she would win it. The man requested a tour, personal professor treatment, Peach had to take two days off her work schedule to indulge him. He asked a million questions, and got honest answers, give or take. He thanked her at the end and left. She's convinced he was just toying with her, some crazy strong old man who could have got the tour from one of the other staff, but just wanted a proff only tour, no other people around to indulge his love of the botanical stuff. She loses enough to know she's got a long way to work yet.
man. Fuck cancer.
Lee Thompson Young, only 29. Truly devastating.
in utter shock about the news of Lee Thompson Young's death, what a tragic loss.
Okay so Tveit has a problem with pole dancing. No joke.
I mean
just
ugh
I'm willing to bet any amount of money that if you put up some poles in your front yard, the wild and elusive Aaron Tveit will slowly creep out of the woods in tight baseball pants and shirts cut halfway down his chest and start grinding on them and singing the songs of his people.
Tell me I'm wrong.
I received a 64 page latin vocab list today, as well as a list of grammar I need to know by the start of uni this autumn that's way beyond my current ability. What have i signed myself up for?
