People use sun, earth, moon to describe Mel, Jayce, and Viktor. So why don’t more people ship melvik? Sun and Moon is the most popular ship trope ever, so like why don’t people ship it?

Also people use the sun, earth, moon to say that Jayce like Viktor more then Mel which doesn’t make any sense because the earth literally can’t survive without the sun, like it’ll spiral out of control and within 8 mins freeze over. If the moon disappears, the earth will have some problems but it’ll still survive.

Jayvik shipper also say ‘well it’s because the moon and earth are closer so Jayce likes Viktor more’ and it’s like ok, but the earth NEEDS the sun.

All this to say stop shipping jayvik and start shipping melvik today.

Exes MelVik who met pre-canon when Mel first arrived in Piltover (and started dating when Viktor moved out of Zaun) is everything to me. Her emotional wounds would be so fresh and Viktor is so closed off about his problems in general (though still compassionate). I imagine even after they broke up, they would push aside their bitterness for a moment, and find themselves confiding in each other.

Toks [Mel’s VA] saying Mel is attracted to intelligence (and that she would be really into Viktor and he would tolerate her lol) just fuels my delusions more.

Now I’m thinking about how Mel would still find herself gravitating towards Viktor, while he has been trying to distance himself since she became a councilor (but knows her motivations and why she acts the way she does, so he’d find it difficult to fully push her away).
