My Opinion on... The character in general: Okay so since you’re a multi blog let me just say I’m excited to write with your OCs, particularly Beth and Thumper King because I think they would vibe. Also your characterization of Frank Longbottom is something I’m excited about! I love reading your headcanons about him and the like. How you play them: I love when people take underrated characters from Harry Potter and give them the depth that JKR didn’t give them. Because listen Frank was a badass and we all know it. You, the Mun: Talking to you comes really easy and I enjoy our conversation. I feel like you just get me half the time and I’m glad that you put up with my lame jokes. Sorry I have a tendency of popping in and then going awol.

Do I... RP with you: We’ve done a few memes and stuff but I don’t know if we actually have anything like written. Either way memes are always okay to turn into threads for me tbh. We’ve done some minor plotting stuff too. Wait now that I think about it we do have that Dexter and Kol thread my bad Want to RP with you: Of course I do! What is my... One favorite thing about your blog: Okay so I love how your multi muse blog has no bounds and you have a handful of ocs and canon characters from all sorts of fandoms. Also I think it’s bold of you to take on Peter Pettigrew, the fandom isn’t always particularly kind to Peter RPers. One favorite thing about you and your character: Okay like I said you’re easy to talk and I love that you like cats too! Also once again touching on Frank being badass? Being a woman in modern day society is like being in a club I never signed up for. There's this code to be shy, quiet and sexually reserved and if you break it you get ridiculed and judged by other women and even men. More than half the population on the planet wants to look at, touch and taste what women have. Who came up with this idea that if we withhold ourselves from doing whatever the fuck we want (sex, the way we dress ect.) that they will want it more?

I AM SO HAPPY FOR LUPITA!

Her performance made me cry so hard.

Her speech is glorious and humble and I am so, so thrilled for her.

I love how her entire cast is sniffly and red eyed with pride and joy for her.

The only loser in the entire Best Supporting Actress race will be the fucking media who tried to make this some kind of battle between two brilliant, intelligent, beautiful, wonderful, amazing, talented and incredible young women.

The Academy voters are skewed younger now and are slightly less "white only" now. (SLIGHTLY, let's not be ignorant here.) They're rewarding talent over color, performance over fame. I'm not saying there still isn't a major, major problem because there is. It's just getting a tiny, tiny bit better than it was.

Million miles to go, but there's been a few shuffling steps.

And women like Lupita, men like Chiwetel and thousands, hundreds of thousands who that talent and drive, who have unique voices and experiences are just waiting to charge over those roadblocks together.
