The Fencer of Nidhogg (via Scroll’s Adventures) is based on the brightly colored character in the game Nidhogg. Wielding only a rapier and throwing knives, to stay true to the side scrolling combatant of his namesake, Nidhogg puts down his opponents with style and authenticity at the forefront of his priorities. Shields are for the feeble and those with poor timing.

What would you change about this build for PvP or PvE or in general?

Someone suggested I just make my own post and see if they wanted to use it. So if you guys want to feature this, be my guest.
