ALL DAY LONG LEIA HAD BEEN stuck in her office, settling in to do as much paperwork as possible. hand had started to cramp each time she had to sign something new. taking a break from said paperwork, she figured coffee would do her some GOOD. waking up her soul which was slowly cringing from her lack of activity. the curse of working in an office day in and day out.
sitting at the shop, ordering a very strong beverage before slipping into a seat. “----beautiful day, i get to spend it inside my office. sometimes i want to just leave forever--- but leaving doesn’t make the money, you know ??” an eyebrow arched as she looked towards the other, an unfamiliar woman. someone who would become very important to the force-sensitive woman in the future. unfortunately, memories were coming up blank and leia hadn’t even realized her life wasn’t what it was supposed to be.

“i just got here. i haven’t had the chance to screw anything up yet.”
♡ ( adelaide ) --- for @onlyfrwrd !
adelaide swore to herself, she would not leave her children out of her sight, if they weren’t with another she trusted. but like all good intentions behind firm promises, she gets comfortable sometimes. she slips. addie was born to control, not to nurture. she’s always been cold, compared to her husband. even to them, but more especially, to others; such as the stranger talking to her kids. they must have run ahead. addie rushes over, a hand on each of their shoulders---first jason’s, then zora’s. sharply, she regards the stranger. “what are you saying to my children?”
