First Diet Plan- July 5th

To start my 2 months i will only be eating greens. These include lettuce, kale, spinach, cucumbers, and anything else leafy. No gluten, meat, or dairy.  I will try to steer away from dressings and other things used to make salads taste more enjoyable. Fruits are really high in sugars and I will only eat apples if really necessary.

 To improve metabolism, skin, and energy, I will only drink water. This means no more soda, orange juice, milk, coffee, or tea. Later, I am planning on juicing or going on a Soylent diet. Water is a must though. I will continuously drink water through out the two months to ensure I am hydrated.
