//This is the best anon I've ever seen anyone get ever.
Definitely the most interesting anon I have ever received via any of my RP blogs

Moriarty leaned against the wall, hands in his pockets. There was a smirk on his face as dark eyes scanned over the detective before him. He had known Sherlock wouldn't be able to resist the temptation of meeting him on his turf.
"You know you only have two choices, Sherlock. Join me, and rule over this web from within, or take the side of men. Men who have hated you and shunned you all your life. Do you really want to waste your talents bending to their whims?" His voice was low, none of its usual malicious humour colouring the words.
Slowly, he stepped closer to the detective, "I could offer you so much more, a place as an equal. For you are my only equal." His hand was offered to the detective, palm up. "The choice, of course, is yours."

34. Our muses are destined to be a murderous team
Would you prefer a starter or a drabble, because I'm cool with writing either~?
Dark Moods || onlylies-havedetail
Masks were quite amazing in the anonymity they afforded the wearer. Moriarty had engineered a series of them in his rise to power, each one stronger than the last, better at covering up the true person beneath. Within a few years of his taking up a life of crime, anyone he worked with would swear there was no true Moriarty, only a thousand false faces.
Oh, how he wished they were right.
Most days, Moriarty had no trouble ignoring the human soul that writhed in pain beneath the cold surface. It had never helped him, being human, so why should he listen to the woes of his past?
But some days, days like this, something brought that person to the surface. And Moriarty had no experience in dealing with grief, in coping with the endless loss his line of work afforded.
He got angry, he got restless. Destructive in all ways, to himself and to others. He locked himself in his flat, refusing to come out or speak to anyone until the mood had passed. He had a reputation to upkeep, after all.
Moriarty sat in the window of his room, resting one leg on the window sill while the other dangled down to the floor, idly moving back and forth, unable to sit still. Dark eyes watched London bustle below, dark emotions swirling in their depths.
The sound of his door opening had his entire body tensing. Who would dare disturb him when he'd told them all to leave him be? Moran was smart enough to stay at arm's distance, as was Irene. The rest of his lackeys were too scared to dare.
A quick glance over his shoulder gave him the answer.
"Get out, Sherlock. I'm in no mood for banter, no mood for dealing with people. And I'd much rather you didn't see me when I'm not at my best." A dark chuckle escaped him as he tried to act as much like himself as possible.

//We should do some angsty things but I’m skipping off to bed so hopefully tomorrow? <3 Or if not then sometime soon?
I can write up a starter that leads to angst and you can reply to it tomorrow if you'd like~? Or I'll wait until tomorrow if you want to plot out something in particular.
onlylies-havedetail replied to your post “(I'm so sorry but Sherlock insisted on feels. Payback for making fun of him earlier, I suppose.) Sherlock looked down at the criminal's body. Moriarty had caused him so much pain and grief, and even through the other's pleading for comfort, the detective's expression was cold. "If you wanted comfort, you should have shot yourself in front of someone else. I believe society would call it progress, having one less psychopath in the world." With that, he turned on his heel and walked away.”
//Ugh that was so perfect and poignant and feelsy I applaud you good madam.
-theatrical bow-
