Balancing macronutrients with Senior Nutritionist Kenneth. My main takeaway is the importance of focusing on ensuring the ratio of carbs, protein, fibre and good fats is relative to the amount of calories consumed. I.e When looking at the 1,800-2,200 calories you have to play with on a daily basis, ensure the calories you are eating meets your macronutrient needs. #HealthIsWealth #Macronutrients #OnlyWingsAndFreedom
