My vibration changed listening to Heather's new episode, Ebb and Flow (@sunpowerpod )Its that peaceful and mindful. . At one point she asked listeners where they were in the natural process of ebb and flow and honestly, I cant answer this right now. . . You might think that just because I post a lot and have a lot of creative energy right now that this answer should be clear but there is so much more to things than social media or even podcasts can convey. . . After 29 episodes, a formal introduction is due. Guys, this is Ellie, the #podcast mascot/personal assistant and my nurse (she monitors my health, and tells me when I am pushing too hard and need to rest #spooniefamily). She’s a rescue #doubledapple #shorthair #dachshund. I guesstimate she is about seven years old. She likes to bask in the sun, run in my parents’ back yard, hunt lizards, and sit as close to me as possible no matter what I am doing. If I am editing the podcast, and leave my office chair, I am apt to return to find her in it—I have yet to figure out how she manages to get into a chair that spins! She is not a trained #POTS service dog, but I swear she’s self-taught. Ellie, meet the guys.
