It's utter hamdemonium! Nothing like a good baby fight and the most adorable squeaks. Which, by the way is totally normal and you should find it just as cute as when puppies and kittens wrestle and play fight. A lot of people get confused about Syrian litter care because they're solitary animals. They see this behaviour and split them. But... These babies are still reliant on momma. They still nurse and they need her to teach them how to hamster. Just like you would not expect a year old baby to be able to feed, clothe and care for themselves, you can't expect baby hamsters of this age to do it. You can see #Scottie consider getting involved and hauling poor #Tock off to bed and away from #Meow, but ultimately she decides against it. Then the other corner has #Rory and #Tick. This behaviour teaches them appropriate biting, and it's mental stimulation and play! It's great that folks want to help others, but consider asking questions first before giving advice on subjects you aren't familiar with. It breaks my heart to know that people split baby Syrians well before they should because they are "solitary" and a well meaning, but misinformed person tells them too. A few weeks ago, someone commented that their vet clinic sometimes saw folks who wondered why their baby hamsters died. They separated them too early.
