For the uninitiated, these are carb slide springs. Specifically, they are a stock and after market “stage 1” spring for a Kawasaki ZRX1100, my long suffering daily rider. The short ones are the “go faster” variety, and presumably the shorter length means less tension when a vacuum is created in the throat of the carb intake allowing the slide to move more quickly.
