#Dinner on @viarailcanada passing through Kamloops is cod with wild rice and mixed vegetables. Paired with Diamond Estate Wines McMichael Collection #Chardonnay 2016. I liked the buttery cod with the tropical fruit, bruised apples, and butterscotch flavours of the wine.
