“Crummy, stupid, horrid, annoying, This whole planet has never been worse” Moissanite grumbled as she walked around, looking at all the gems and humans frolicking around like nothing was wrong. All her information, books, everything had gone missing and was destroyed in the process of ‘freedom’. So the pretty tall and elite gem was rambling on to herself as she wanted to puke from how joyful it all was.

she simply shrugs, it was deemed necessary in her eyes, pausing and hopping  up semi graceful onto the seat that snow usually placed herself in, and putting her  hands on her lap, long lace cloak flowing around her as she watches the other,  tilting her head to one side as she observed him, squinting a tad.

why was he here? what did he want with snow? they hadn’t seen each other in a while, and yet here he was, wearing the star symbol that most feared, yet now they don’t... it’s confused.

a turn of the head and she crosses her arms, before leaning back on her  little rest.

‘ she’s out. what do you want? ’

“A viceroy, eh?” Spinel repeated, her voice pitching and a brow quirking. Her eyes trailed up and down the Onyx with interest- her curiosity clearly having been piqued. 

GOSH, it was so- UNBELIEVABLE to imagine that- HER. A court jester, your common day moron, technically, TECHNICALLY... 

... ranked higher than a viceroy of the Diamonds.... “At your service”?  Ridiculous... 

... and yet completely warranted, if she HAD to be FULLY honest... Yeah, she had a bit of an ego. Not much- just enough. 

“WELL, then! Put ‘er, there!” At once, an elastic limb was streeetching its way up, up, UP to the tall, VERY tall, Gem; hand wide open for a friendly handshake. 

“Any friend of White’s is a friend of mine! It’s a pleasure ‘ta meet’cha, Lord Onyx! Don’t mind me- I’m just tryin’ to go around and greet everybody I can. Being away for over 6,000 years kinda makes ‘ya lose track of people, y’know?” 

“What Era are ‘ya from, by the way, if you don’t mind me askin’?”

fusion name: molybdenite

fusion abilities/powers:

very enhanced speed and strength, extremely powerful in battle and can really only be defeated by diamonds or fusions made from similar elite gems.

partial control of wind, which attributes to their sheer force in battle.

the ability to disorient an opponent by merely touching them with that intent. this is derived from star’s empath traits, but due to onyx’s half, it’s melded into heavily projecting disruptive emotions rather than feeling them. 

despite the last ability listed, molybdenite is disturbingly calm and nearly expressionless most of the time. it’s rare that they talk, too. the reason for this is because of the underlying instability of this fusion because of star’s less-than-favorable memories of homeworld being dragged out both in the physical form and in her mental half, so actions are generally the only thing they can focus on performing correctly. 

when they do work together though, molybdenite is generally just the stern, silent badass type of dad. the embodiment of ‘im not mad, just disappointed’ whenever someone they know does something stupid. 

they have no idea who the fierce diety is, but they get compared to him a lot, and they’re always consistently confused by it.

“...What are you doing on Earth?” Did someone tell Onyx to retrieve her, after what, over a thousand years? She backed up a bit, having been taking a break from Garnet training, she was getting very skilled with Ruby, and they were almost seamless now. Why hadn’t she seen him coming?

She began to back up, trying to see for an escape route before she heard a yell, Ruby!

With new found speed she reached the gem, and with a flash, they were one.

And oh so ready to make sure no one tried to take either of them away again.

“Onyx, we are not going back. If you stay, I’ll have to fight you. We respect you.”
