// regular update! I'm turning 18 soon. I'll be getting my license and a job and graduating highschool and everything. Still no computer luck, but a job and everything should help that.

When The Fish get back from their company vacation, I'll no longer be sending scheduled Fish (sorry). It was very taxing on me ngl and I had to dedicate a decent portion of my Sunday to it, which I can no longer do because of the changes in my life schedule. And on top of the other blogs I run on here too. (Did you know I run an update blog for a game? It's surprisingly demanding) However! I will still be sending Fish requests (including the occasional self request).

I'll also be posting the Fish thing (idk what to call it) to make sure everyone sees it and has Fish for the week still! And I'll miss a lot less of them considering I can use the queue. I can't queue sending asks, unfortunately.

I really hope people still follow this blog lol.

Figured I'd give you guys an update.

Still no computer luck! However, I may be able to get my own soon. Yay! I'm ready to graduate, and working on getting a stable job. My dad is willing to help me pay for a good computer.

So, with luck in our fins, Sunday Fish Service will return sometime this year. Thank you all for your patience! We appreciate everyone who's stayed.

I! Have to extend the haitus!!! Because my school blocked tumblr. I am nearly 18, I am allowed to be on things, obviously, but unfortunately do not have a computer of my own. So I've been using my school-given laptop. But now that has failed because I literally cannot access tumblr on my laptop anymore. That's why I didn't send Fish last Sunday, I was simply so frustrated with this that I shut my laptop and ignored it.

This means I can no longer send Fish until I figure it out. Yes, I have a phone, but it is extremely frustrating to do anything SFS related on here.

I do not know when The Fish will be back, but they will be, and I will do my best to check in.

Happy one year anniversary to Sunday Fish Service. The Fish are very happy they started this company, and hope to return as soon as they can.

Important announcement

For the rest of October, The Fish will be on a hiatus.

Why?

As much as I love sending Fish to everyone every Sunday, and getting fish requests, and seeing people be happy when Fish arrive, I've also been getting a little burnt out, and I'd like to keep this blog running for a while. Burnout makes that hard! So, a break is needed. Going through a list and sending 50+ people Fish every Sunday can get tiring. That one Sunday that the power went out made me realize how much I needed a Fish break.

I have other gimmick blogs I'm running (and an update blog for a game), and several projects I want to start/continue, so I'm giving myself a bit of time for those.

HALLOWEEN!!! I'm working on my costume (If you're curious, it's Hornet from SIlksong) and I also want time to do that.

Unfortunately I have human things to do (work, school, etc) that I should also put in some time for.

Come Monday, asks will be closed and The Fish will officially be on break. This is to prevent sending requests from piling up. If someone needs to reach me or The Fish about something important, dms will still be open and I will check every Sunday.

When will Sunday Fish Service return? The 3rd of November! If life permits and I have nothing super important I need to attend to. Also, November 3rd is Sunday Fish Service's birthday! So I'm hoping to make something special for that too. Asks will be opened then. For now, have a happy Halloween everyone! Maybe look at other (x) sending blogs while The Fish are away on vacation? (Aforementioned gimmick blogs, feel free to self advert in the reblogs/comments. The more the merrier! There's a bird one out there, and a star one as far as I'm aware.)

// I'm so so sorry everyone, I gotta skip Fish today. Something happened and at least two towns in our county have been completely out of power, and the time they give for when power will be back keeps moving a half an hour in the future every time we check. Even if I started when they say they'll get the power back, it'd be like... 3 in the morning.

We're fine!!! However we do have to conserve power.
