Whiskey kind of day! Oola Distillery had a deal on tastings! Tasted Barrel-finished gin: layered baking spices, honey and herbaceous juniper 🥰🥰🥰. Waitsburg bourbon: buttery oak, toffee and bright fresh cherries 🥰🥰🥰. Smoked whiskey: peach nectar, brown sugar, charcoal embers and a hint of citrus 🥰🥰🥰🥰. Three shores whiskey: clove and cinnamon spice, rich, ripe candied stone fruit and a finish of pear 🥰🥰🥰🥰. Purchased a bottle of Three Shores Whiskey and a bottle of Smoked Whiskey. Received a tote bag and recipes for the bottles! 🥃🥃 #wonderlesch #ooladistillery

#drink @Regrann from @ooladistillery - Coconut Thai Iced Tea 🌴⠀⠀ 1.5 oz. OOLA Vodka⠀⠀ 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract⠀⠀ 6 Star Anise pods⠀⠀ .5 Tsp. Ground turmeric⠀⠀ 1.5 Tsp. Ceylon Tea leaves⠀⠀ one can Condensed coconut milk (we used Nature's Charm)⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Prepare Tea: bring 5 cups water to a boil with star anise pods, turmeric, and vanilla extract. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add tea leaves and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool completely. Keep tea cool by storing it in the refrigerator.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ To serve: Vigorously stir about 2 Tbsp. of condensed coconut milk with 1.5 oz. of OOLA Vodka.
