#16: Jitter

Terbish loved having her Auntie Aveis around.  She had the prettiest hair and knew so many different things.  Sometimes it was confusing, like right now, which had Terbish reaching up to pull her pants down.  

“ANTS?!”  “You are jittery like you have ants in your pants sweetie!”  “ANTS IN PANTS???” Said pants go flying across the room and Terbish starts brushing herself down, peering intently at pale blue skin, searching for the ants her Aunt said was in her pants.  It takes a moment for Aveis to realize exactly what was happening and gales of laughter echo down the stairs in the Mist home.  It’s loud enough that even in the basement Aya can easily hear it and look up from the scroll he’s reading with an amused snort.  Just another day....
