the amount of shit some writers have to deal with on a daily basis because of smut stories is actually insane, i think opinions on this matter are really divided
there’s been ongoing debate and discussion about whether it’s ok to write smut stories for ‘barely adults’ EVEN IF YOU’RE THE SAME AGE like i obviously would never write such things for louis
but writers have been getting dragged through mud because of this topic and some were really mean, i get that everyone has a different perspective on this but just as an example some of my moots write smut for james from cortis, he’s 20, and they get rude anons in their asks all the time or even nasty comments on their posts because he just turned 20 why would you write such things about barely an adult etc etc
and also because cortis has minors and they think it’s disrespectful and what not like I KNOW OHYUL AND RYUL ARE ADULTS but i’m new to writing and posting and i want to have fun and write things that will be perceived as fun, in a good and nice way. i don’t want to have to deal with stupid comments or things that could’ve been prevented yk hence why i asked how others feel about it
yk what i mean? because yes you’re right, they are adults but i just want to keep my page fun and welcoming for readers
