For my birthday celebration, I went to the mall with my uncle. We watched Xmen Apocalypse (it was so freaking cool! watch it guys!) and some window-shopping... #teambroke
I decided to have a "No Makeup" makeup look for my mall-strolling because honestly, I hate wearing too much makeup. It feels so heavy on my face and it's not comfortable. Last saturday, I got an early birthday present from my aunt which are Kissproof Lipsticks that I've been hunting for weeks! She got me the #05 Shade which I absolutely love! I'm def obsessed with it!

I suddenly felt soooooo Kylie Jenner after applying my light make up and realized that I should get my OOTD Inspiration from the queen herself, Kylie J!
I've seen Kylie wearing turtle neck-ish crop tops which are simple yet classy. Therefore, I decided to go for that look!

Yes, guys. You read that right. My mom owns this top! She was really fashionable during her teenage years and I'm really glad that her old clothes are still in good condition. She forgot where she got it though, but she told me that she might've bought this on a thrift shop a few years ago.
It was sunny when I was preparing for my look for our mall getaway so, I wore some high-waisted shorts which I DIY-ed a year ago..

These were pants and I transformed them into high waisted shorts because why not? Pants were given to me by my mom but, I wasn't really into wearing pants. They're not comfortable therefore, I prefer shorts. #teamshorts for the win!

And, because I hate making my feet wet incase it rains, I wore these J's to wrap my outfit! I'm absolutely inlove with these pair! It's a perfect partner for any casual shorts outfit. If you were wondering where I got these, my dad bought it in the UK. God bless for cool shoes, United Kingdom!
Even though I wear light-colored/pastel clothes often, I love this outfit & I would definitely wear this again! Sometimes, we have to get out of our comfort zone & try something new. It is never too late discovering things about yourself. Search for new fashion styles that's closest to your personality and it's up to you to just mix & match just like what I did. Kylie Jenner usually wears these crop tops as a dress/with skinny jeans, but I added my personal touch to her style and came up with this OOTD! ❤️
