Glitch can absorb tech while Oomza or another slimbiote can mix the DNA to form the weapons as seen in Omniverse. Reboot!Kendrix can use it to her advantage

Would you draw some Glitch tranformations? (Like Glitch assimilating DNA while in his Glitch Ben form instead of his rustbuggy form.)?

Glitch can combine with a Slimebiote, this case Kendrix's Oozma! The slimbiote provides the dna and all Glitch has to do is assimilate the peice of technology, in this case Echo Echo's Megaphone. He can do this with Skurd too!

And concept of Glitch doing mass assimilation by touching the ground - i can't think of forms since i suck at drawing aliens

We should learn from Monsters University. There's a part where Oozma Kappa cheers and chants, " WE'RE OK" and sure it was cuz O and K were the initials of their fraternity, but it's pretty obvious the double meaning is that it's okay to be OK. In fact, embrace it. You don't have to be fantastic and over the top at anything, because it's okay to be "average."
