Today's Opal Apple
I was concerned because it's not red. At all. Yellow all over!
But boy was I wrong. It's super sweet!
Reasonably crisp. Could be crisper. Juice levels are adequate. But flavor wise I have no complaints! Tasty apple.
I rate this apple "3.7" on the Not Honeycrisp scale.
