With all the money Buzz had saved up and Opal's healthy recommendations for swimming, the Grunts got their own pool. Maybe to rub it in the faces of Smiths, who used to be the only family in Strangetown with it. Buzz was feeling particularly bold and despite the cold early-winter weather, he decided to take a dip in the water and try it out.

He picked the wrong time for that, as Opal just returned from work and witnessed her husband's shenanigans. She made sure to scold him properly and remind him, that he's not a young man anymore.

Grumbling and muttering under his breath, Buzz marched inside and took a long, hot bath to warm himself up. All his life he was the scary general, but wouldn't dare standing up to his tough doctor wife.

This time Opal stepped in and when the two were out of earshot, she went ballistic on Buzz for pushing another son away from himself. She might've been angry at Rick, but she missed him greatly and couldn't believe her husband was willing to lose Buck over prejudice.

Buzz tried to explain to her why aliens have been a problem in Stangetown for decades and why he joined the army to protect the town from green people taking over, but she was not having any of it. If he was able to move on from his hate towards the Smiths, he should be able to accept Buck's boyfriend as well.

If there was anything Buzz was helpless against, it was angry women and Opal was able to turn this retired military man into a mouse. She warned her husband he will end up all alone if he doesn't stop harassing everyone around him.

Opal: You will be a grandpa again, for Watcher's sake! And you will love the baby - green or not!

Buzz: But-

Opal: You WILL apologize to the boys and make sure they stay here! Is that clear?

Buzz: Yes, ma'am...

Buck finally approached his father after the pair returned home. Needless to say, Buzz was NOT happy with the revelation. He grew to accept all of his sons being into men, but alien?? And pregnancy?? Under his roof??

Xias rushed in, hoping he could persuade old Buzz to accept him and to defend Buck. Seeing him only made the old general more furious. Not in million years would he expect a green guy living on his property like a mole person hiding in the walls. And seducing his youngest son on top of that.

He nearly hurled at the thought of Buck being in love with the alien, but hearing the two agree to leave was even worse. He couldn't believe his boy would be willing to throw everything away just to have a weird family with Xias.

With the help of her dads, Michaela got the lemonade stand she wanted and proceeded to make her first batch for sale. It didn't matter it was still Spring and it wasn't hot enough to make the neighbours thirsty.

Opal bumped into Florian in the kitchen and found out he was being paid for watching over his niece pretty much every day. She was upset Puck and Tank didn't ask her or Buzz to help. They were living nearby and would do it for free, after all.

Opal was out of the loop with the Strangetown's history and local drama. When she had the opportunity to befriend one of the best surgeons and medical researches in town, she didn't see a reason not to do that. It's always good to have friends in high places, but Buzz did not seem supportive of that friendship at all.

Buck continued working on his lifetime goal of discovering new stars and planets. Just tried to be careful not to catch the attention of any alien ships passing by. He was happy with just the one he had in his home, but probing trips were not his favourite.

Michaela's lemonade was selling great. Even Cornelia bought a cup on her way to her "friend's" house. It wasn't exactly a fortune, but Michaela still managed to save up a nice amount to her piggy bank.

In the meantime, Puck had to sit there and listen to old people being lovey-dovey with each other. He though no one is as clingy as his parents, but turns out even in Strangetown seniors just can't keep their hands off of each other.

For a moment Puck forgot he wasn't a magical fairy princess and not every animal is going to be friendly with him. Getting sprayed by a skunk was not a great start of the day, especially with the guests on the way.

Buzz and Opal showed up for a Sunday lunch and grandpa quickly bonded with Michaela. He forgot about the whole experiment thing and accepted that sweet and resourceful girl as his blood.

Opal also already felt as a part of the family, even if her beginnings with the Grunts were rocky. Tank was just glad someone keeps his father on a short leash, especially after the whole incident with Buck and his alien pregnancy. If she wasn't there who knows what would've happened.

Next on the agenda was Opal's birthday celebration. She honestly forgot about it and was surprised by the boys preparing a cake for her. Though, truth be told, she wasn't too eager to grow old so soon.

Thankfully, everything went well and no one started a war. The party was a success and even Opal came to terms with being an older lady.

Even after Tank and Puck left, the party was still going for a while and the atmosphere was surprisingly peaceful. Opal made sure to distract her husband whenever the two young dads were getting handsy with each other, though.
