What pantheon(s) do you worship? Hellenic(or the area near there), Sumerian, Irish/Gaelic pantheons. I want to worship Welsh deities in the future, I just don't know where to really start gathering the right information for that unfortunately. Most likely the last one will take a long time to get into especially with my limited spoons.

having mental illness doesn't inherently cause miasma but lack of symptom management can. I'm not miasmic because I'm depressed I'm miasmic because my depression has hindered me from showering for a week. I'm not miasmic because I have ADHD I'm miasmic because my ADHD hinders my ability to clean up my room and dirty items. miasma can always be cleaned up so things that are inevitable and permanent aren't miasmic to me. the same goes for people with periods. ur not miasmic because ur menstruating, but miasma can build if you don't put in effort to clean it from your body.
i see people with mental illness down on themselves because they think they're inherently impure or generating miasma just because they're in a bad headspace when i definitely think this is wrong. having a bad day won't make you miasmic but acting out of anger can. it's about where we direct our energy and the biproduct of our actions.
does this mean you're a bad person for not handling your symptoms well ? absolutely not. you can always clean up whenever you're ready, both spiritually and physically. khernips, self care, and symptom management all go together.
