Exploitation of Congo: An ongoing history repeating

According to the UN the war in Congo in 1998 was not an ethnic conflict. It was a war for Coltan. We remember that in Congo's genocide 800000 people died. The Rwandan army and over 25 militias were involved. Many children and farmers were forced to dig coltan in terrible health conditions whith their bare hands. Also nature was devasted and gorillas were killed. Coltan is quite radioactive so miners were exposed to terrible diseases. UN accused Nokia, Bayer, Ericsson, Siemens, Sony, Intel, Hitachi, IBM , Samsung, Motorola, Panasonic, LG, Dell, Apple etc...to be directly or indirectly involved in the war of 1998, in order to control coltan traffic. Then UN decided to suspend the trial against the above mentioned companies because the problem was "solved". Also U.K. government officials constituted an office called RAID to investigate on the war in Congo. Mrs Feeney, RAID director, said: “Essentially the UN was forced to drop the case but as they explained (in their reports), ‘solved’ meant that the initial allegations were substantiated”. Many nations and mostly USA forced UN to stop the trial. All mentioned companies now claim that they use only coltan from war-free areas in Congo. We know that these claims are false. In 2012 a military group of Mr. Ntaganda formerly involved in 1998 war, begun a civil war in Kivu, one of Congo's regions. Obviously Kivu is very rich of coltan. Once again a few rich people destroyed nature and placed human beings in great misery. Once again many people were forced to loose their lives digging in unfair conditions. We immediately request no more violence against nature and human kind. Nokia, Bayer, Ericsson, Siemens, Sony, Intel, Hitachi, IBM ,Alcatel, HP, AMD, Samsung, Nec, Motorola, Panasonic, LG, Dell, Apple , AVX, Traxys, Kemet, etc...etc.. We are aware of your current role of stealers of that mineral, stealers of the life of Congo's citizens. UN's trial bowed to your filthy aims,but now it is time to explain and pay for your criminal behaviour. The trial is the whole humankind.

De acuerdo con la ONU la guerra en Congo en 1998 no fué un conflicto étnico. Fué una guerra por el Coltán.
Recordemos que en el genocidio de El Congo 800,000 personas murieron. El ejército de Ruanda y otras 25 milicias han participado.
Muchos niños y granjeros han sido forzados para extraer el Coltán en terribles condiciones de salud con sus propias manos. También la naturaleza ha sido desvastada y los gorilas han sido asesinados.
El Coltán es bastante radioactivo, así que los mineros están expuestos a terribles enfermedades.
La ONU ha acusado a Nokia, Bayer, Ericsson, Siemens, Sony, Intel, Hitachi, IBM, Samsung, Motorola, Panasonic, LG, Dell, Apple, etc... por estar directa o indirectamente envuelto en la guerra de 1998, con el fin de controlar el tráfico de Coltán. Entonces, la ONU decidió suspender el juicio en contra de las empresas anteriormente mencionadas por que el problema fué “resuelto”. Asímismo el gobierno de Reino Unido constituyó una oficina llamada RAID para investigar acerca de la guerra del Congo.
La Sra. Feeney, quien tuvo la dirección de RAID, dijo que: “Escencialmente la ONU se vió obligada a abandonar el caso pero como se explicó (en sus informes), el caso quedó "resuelto" ya que las denuncias iniciales fueron justificadas.
Muchas naciones, sobre todo Estados Unidos presionaron a la ONU para detener el juicio.
Todas la compañías mencionadas ahora afirman que solo utilizan el Coltán de las áreas libres de guerra en el Congo. Sabemos que estas afirmaciones son falsas. En 2012 un grupo militar del Sr. Ntaganda estuvo participando en 1998 cuando comenzó la guerra civil en Kivu, una región del Congo. Obviamente Kivu es muy rica en Coltán. Una vez más, pocas personas adineradas destruyen a la naturaleza y ponen a seres humanos en condiciones de miseria. Una vez más, muchos humanos se ven obligados a perder su vida excavando en condiciones injustas. De inmediato solicitamos no más violencia nuevamente hacía la naturaleza y los humanos.

DDOS protest against Impregilo and Colombian Ministry of Environment involved in the costruction of ENEL 's dam in El Quimbo.

The Italian company Enel is building a gigantic dam in Colombia in El Quimbo. The dam in 20 years will be totally useless.
The river will dry up and the lands along the 1500 km of its course will become unfertile.
About 80000 hectares of Amazon rainforest will be flooded.
We underline that will be the Italian construction company Impregilo, a private firm of the Caltagirone group, to proceed in the dam's construction.
Impregilo has built a retaining wall but the river break it twice.
The people who demonstrated against the project have experienced the violent repression of the police.
The video shows that the police used guns but this film had been censored by the government, which has also tried to remove it from the network.
The Parliament of Colombia has accused the Minister of Interior of conflict of interest, becouse he is the brother of a director of Endesa.
The justice is investigating against the Colombian government and the ministry of environment. They are accused of fraud and irregularities in the granting of contracts and environmental disaster.

Come già più volte ricordato l' italiana Enel stà costruendo una gigantesca diga in Colombia in località El Quimbo. La diga tra 20 anni sarà del tutto inservibile.
Il fiume si inaridirà e le terre,lungo i 1500 chilometri del suo corso diventeranno sterili.Circa 80000 ettari della foresta amazzonica sarànno innondati.
Sottolineiamo che sarà l'impresa edile privata italiana Impregilo, del gruppo Caltagirone,a procedere nella costruzione.
I lavori, purtroppo sono già iniziati, infatti Impregilo ha costruito un muro di contenimento che tuttavia è già ceduto due volte sotto l'impervia forza delle acque.
Le persone che manifestano contro il progetto hanno sperimentato la repressione violenta delle forze dell'ordine.
Il video che prova l'uso di armi da fuoco da parte della polizia è stato censurato dal governo, che ha cercato anche di rimuoverlo dalla rete.
Il parlamento della Colombia ha accusato il Ministro dell'Interno di conflitto d'interesse, poichè fratello di un dirigente di Endesa.
La magistratura colombiana stà indagando contro il governo e il ministero dell' ambiente su frodi ed irregolarità nella concessione degli appalti e per disastro ambientale.
