Why is corporate punishment even legal? I mean, "I'm going to teach you to stop hitting people when you're angry at them. I will do this not through conversations used to help teach you empathy/sympathy (how did they feel?), but through hitting you." It just seems riddiculous and counterproductive. - sincerely a person from a country where all corporate punishment is illegal and whose first language is not English so please forgive my mistakes
