Did You Know? The Open Circle Fleet emblem was the heraldic symbol of the Open Circle Armada and later of the Republic Navy as a whole. The red arcs represented Kenobi and Skywalker and signified that, while they were two independent halves, together they formed one entity.
(Note: The particular meaning might be part of Legends now, but since nothing in current canon contradicts it...just try and take this canon from me.)
It's also found throughout Revenge of the Sith, as well as the games, Battlefront II and Jedi: Fallen Order.
