Kyle didn't think he still had it in him after it had been two years since he broke up with the last girl he was with. But this girl he had been flirting with nonstop at his bar was fun. After a few drinks and lots of conversing that included flirtatious comments, they ended up back at her place, where they had fun in the bedroom. They were just lying in the bed.

"So, is this too soon? I mean, I figured there would be like two dates, flirting texts before the sex, yet we skipped all that and went straight to messing up the bed sheets. Did I do something right?" Kyle asked.

"She broke up with you, wait...did you call your dick a lightsaber again?" Kyle said as he stopped pouring a customer's drink and looked at his coworker. Kyle was shocked to see the other and he cursed himself when the girl came into his bar. “Okay so this is...awkward to say the least” Kyle said when she sat down with a devious grin on her face which kind of scared him. “So, we hooked up, had a few beers, and had sex, and I chickened out and ran off, I will have no doubts that it kind of makes me an asshole, anything I can do to fix this and this is not me trying to forget it happen just me trying to say I own that I’m an asshole and that was an asshole move”

Kyle had just got home from the bar, he needed a break, having been working for two weeks straight, he was just about to make himself a bowl of popcorn and find a movie on Netflix, he was just pulling a bowl out and popping the popcorn in the microwave when there was a knock at his door.

"Coming, one second," Kyle said as he pressed start and then went to answer the door. And who was outside, his ex-girlfriend, holding a six-pack of beer and wearing a devious smile, claiming she wanted a little bedroom fun, and Kyle was the first person who came to mind. Though Kyle was trying to move on, he had to admit the best thing about their relationship was the make-out sessions, and the sex, god was the sex good.

"Figured you'd be out draining some poor bastard of their soul," Kyle stated. But he accepted the beer, pushed the door open, and let her in. "Guess the movie is gonna have to wait, and I just put popcorn in the microwave, oh well."

Kyle was walking Emma out as he pointed to his friend. "Next time I'll make sure I lock that asshole out when we decide to wreck the bedroom," Kyle said in a teasing manner. After Emma left, Kyle turned to his friend. "Dude! Don't you know how to knock? I was deep in that!?"

"Wait, she said she was having intense sex, with her lawyer? Dude, that's fucked. I say you hook up with one of her friends to get even, if there's one thing women don't like, it's getting one uped in the game of cheating, and then you divorce her and leave her with a bad taste in her mouth," Kyle said as their friend agreed with him.

Kyle couldn't believe he was in this situation, that's what you get when you listen to one of your dumbass friends. "Look I'm sorry, but I...I thought you were a hooker and I didn't have cash to pay, that's my fault because I let my friend talk me into ditching, I know that's not an explanation but it's the truth," Kyle apologized.

Kyle was walking home from the bar after closing early and that's when he got a call from his friend, she sounded on the verge of tears. "Hey, is everything okay?" Kyle asked as he listened. She had been stood up on a date and was alone, this sort of pissed him off, because they had been friends since they were kids and the fact that someone ghosted her annoyed the hell out of him. "Stay there, I'll be your date tonight, tomorrow we can think of ways to get that punk back, I'm on my way"
