“Lying is bad, Christina.”
Okabe, kurisu for you is what? Just a friend or someone special in your life after you went through many worldline?
She’s someone special.
She has been by my side through it all, and through it all I have discovered her many sides.
… That being said, words can hardly describe what she means to me. What I have experienced defies the rules of the universe as we know them and as such, I believe our bonds are the same. It doesn’t matter how she chooses to see me as - friend, lover, partner - what matters is :
She’s alive. She’s somewhere in this world. She’s here and now.
In the end, this is all I can ask for.

Technically, if they hid it, burned down the thesis and did it w/o hacking to SERN, it should be ok.
Your hypothesis is terribly dangerous.
Thinking it “Should be ok” is not enough when taking into account the result of a potential failure in reaching Steins Gate. This specific worldline exists within the confines of the Beta Attractor Field, meaning any mistake of our part would doom Humanity to endure World War Three.
Or, it would bring Makise Kurisu’s demise.
This worldline we call Steins Gate has been made possible by the interaction of both Alpha and Beta Attractor Fields. Its reason to be is to exist between both, to create a pocket of unpredictability that has not and will never be influenced by time travel. Consider a time-traveling machine as Pandora’s Box - never to be opened, never to be played by mere human’s hands.
SERN - and other organizations, I have no doubt - must have many ways of observing and spying our each and every movement. Even without hacking into SERN, are you absolutely sure in your claim? Sure enough to put the whole of Humanity in danger of experiencing a hellish demise?
We are not ready to have God’s power within our grasp.

(Also, you should know Dr. Pepper is the best soft drink, beating cola by a mile.)
Kyouma what do you think if you meet future kurisu in steins gate worldline?
The Steins Gate worldline is one that exists because time machines haven’t been successfully developed there. If someone is able to go back in time, wouldn’t this mean we haven’t reached the promised land?
You’re making me consider a terrifying possibility, anon.
Okabe can you handle drunk labmem if they make accident?
What kind of accident are we talking about?
I’ve already experienced a drunk Assistant - collateral damage was kept to a minimum… if one excludes the huge bruise at the back of my head following an unfortunate fall.
But I digress. We shouldn’t have to deal with drunk Labmems! Nobody has the age to drink!
"Because I pitied you." [ Evil!Kurisu]
Hate.Pity.This was a joke, right?
“Heh eh eh…”
It wasn’t. No matter what changed her feelings towards him: the lack of a scientific project to bring them closer, the circumstances of their meeting, any other small detail he may have missed, this meant the reality of their relationship was forever impacted.
“Muahahahahah! What a feeble-minded woman! You fell right into my trap!”
Okabe gave way to Kyouma, expression switching from sadness to madness.
“Of course I used you for my own benefit, merely exploiting your intelligence to enhance my lab’s prosperity…! Did you truly think I believed in petty matters such as friendship? I am Hououin Kyouma! Loneliness is part of this Mad Scientist’s fate… !” He stopped once the quiver in his voice became too hard to conceal.
The man shouldn’t be so badly stricken by this. Kurisu was alive. That’s all he had hoped for.
Kurisu was alive. But she hated him.
Okabe will you change worldline again if kurisu life in danger?
Kurisu? Surely you meant to write “Christina”.
As a Labmem, she is entitled to my protection. I will do everything in my power to keep her safe, be it from herself or the world around her; that is my responsibility as leader of Future Gadget Laboratory.
However, the Steins Gate world line is one where Time moves only forward - further development of the Phonewave (Name Subject to Change) has been left undone, due to diverse variables.
Would I accept the burden of becoming an observer of time once again? If it meant saving my Assistant - if it meant I would bear the consequences of it all alone, then yes.But what if it resulted in another dying in her place? The power of deceiving this world is a dangerous one indeed, a faculty that shouldn’t be left in the hands of mere humans.
Still! This universe is the outcome of our forgotten sacrifices, and as such, I believe in its future! Together with my Assistant, we shall continue our assault on this world’s ruling structure!

“What were you dreaming about…? You were shouting…”
They were running away, Okabe’s breathing growing increasingly ragged as he clutched at the small hand, hostage of his.
« Okarin, where are we going? » Away. Anywhere but here.He didn’t answer.« I’m scared, Okarin. » I know. I’m sorry.Even if he explained everything to her, it would only make them lose precious seconds. He could tell her everything once she was safe (this time, he hoped. This time he would save her and she would understand). Her frightened eyes and slight resistance against his forceful pull hardly mattered right now. They needed to run, faster, escape from the clutches of SERN - no, of Fate itself! The sound of their footsteps made uneven patterns and fire burned his lungs, Mayuri following easily behind him.
« Okari - »
A gunshot. Okabe felt the tiny hand slip through his fingers, turned towards their inevitability. His friend’s frail body laid on the street, a red halo around her head.He fell with her.“Mayuri.”
“Maaa-! Aah!” Mayuri!Okabe opened his eyes.Owlish eyes, harsh breathing, cold sweat down his back. For a moment, the man was still lost in the picture inside his mind. Then, slowly, his eyes recognized this world’s reality. Ruka was staring at him. He blinked back.
“Rukako.” Uneasy voice. Okabe looked around, from the half drank Dk P to the tv screen showing Alpacaman. He was in the lab; a safe haven for his most important friends (or was it still?)
“Sorry. It’s nothing.”
